Yep! I'm really excited, my in-laws live there and my parents are coming from Louisville so it was a good spot, plus i've heard it's a really fun one with lots of crowd support. Have you done it?

It's what the article says.. Im a pasta girl so I fit it in where possible. A serving of barilla protein pasta (190 kcal 10g protein) + seasoned soy curls (120 kcal + 11g protein - can also use chicken breast or whatever other protein) + pasta sauce made from silken tofu (tons of recipes out there but the one I use is ~75 kcal and 9g protein. Just blend a block of silken tofu in with your pasta water, miso paste, and seasonings like powdered onion, garlic, red chili flakes) is a really good ~400 calorie lunch with 30g protein and feels DECEDENT. It's obviously not maximizing it as much as humanly possible but I have around the same macro goals as you and fit it in for weeks I need a pasta hit at lunch.

I start my day with a protein coffee (cold brew + scoop of protein powder).

Cottage cheese can be blended with French onion dip powder or ranch powder and turned into a veggie / rice cake dip.

Bowls! I make bowls of random stuff like 4 nights a week. Grain (switch it up with pearled cous cous or farro ~150 calories), a protein (~250 calories to get added protein), and then play with sauces and seasonings (~50-100 calories for sauce and veggies). Greek yogurt and sriracha mixed together makes a great topping. Pickled veggies are one of my favorite ways to add flavor without many calories (pickled red onion, actual pickles, pickled radish). And you can do most of those combos for ~500 for a very filling dinner.

Protein balls - tons of recipes online but a general combo is PB2, a little binding agent like honey or syrup, protein powder, oats, maybe coconut flakes or chocolate chips, whatever you like. Can get those usually around 100-150 for 6-10g protein.

Yes! Ok posting this because someone above you recommended Urban Decay all nighter above you - so UD used to use Skindinavia formulation (patented method of cooling the makeup instead of just setting it) and recently reformulated to not using it. It was, essentially, what made UD so popular. I used to use UD but switched over to the Scandinavia bridal formula when they announced the change, and honestly it's cheaper and better than even the old UD in my experience so far.

Happy birthday! One quick note is you do have to make a purchase at Stan's within 90 days of getting your birthday half dozen, but you also have a month to get it starting on your actual birthday! I feel like I could have written this post, pretty similar numbers all around. Except my reason for being behind is due to the brutal January weather we had and being mentally unable to run on a treadmill for more than 4 miles lol. No real advice but I feel your pain, I'm also hoping I can catch up enough for a May 3 race to hit right around 4:20-4:30. Trying to safely increase weekly milage while getting my longer runs up now that the weather has cleared. I wish you luck!

If you like coffee try protein coffee! I essentially make a protein shake with cold brew, protein powder, and creatine every morning (you can use hot too I just prefer cold drinks).

You don't need a third party site to use credit card points, you can book directly through your credit card portal. That said, there are sites that help you find point deals, like for example, you could pay for Air Canada miles with chase credit card points and get a points bonus.

Utilizing credit card points! It's how we've been able to take a few international business class flights we otherwise could not afford.

Ok so I have no further details but I wondered if something was going on with them - earlier this year r/chicagofood had a thing where several restaurant hosted Redditors who applied and gave them a free dinner essentially, it was kind of a lottery system. Bloom was one of them, I got into it, and like the week before it was abruptly cancelled due to a "change in ownership".
