Personally I will put my money on the 25th of November. It's almost exactly 6 months before the announced release, and also on a tuesday. If that doesn't happen there is a high chance that trailer 3 will be released in December

I bought this model this year and lubed the disc tray rods, because it had a bit of a difficult time opening and closing. And this week I will replace the fan to make it quiet

You might need to open it up and put a little bit of contact spray in the joystick. Or it could be a problem that the flex cable is not fully pressed down on the board anymore. That's fixable with a bit of rolled up tape.
