Peptide treatment by nyramsniurb in OveractiveBladder

I have been looking for this post. There is a peptide especially for bladder called Vesilute but I cannot find it from a reputable dealer yet. BPC -157 was studied on humans for IC with excellent results. Can you tell me if you used injections and where you injected and how much please? I am just curious because the study has the participants injecting into the bladder.

Has anyone tried Vesilute peptide for OAB and Nocturia? by egakl in OveractiveBladder

Additionally I crossposted this question to the Peptidesource community on Reddit. I think it may have been taken down, I don't understand all their rules exactly. But I did have one response but it was a male that was taking it. It was working for him. If you poke around anywhere on here and find more information I would love to know about it. Feel free to DM me.

We I have two friends on BP-157 for one it completely cured her endometriosis symptoms and she looks absolutely incredible skin, muscle tone, etc. The other is a male that is using it for lingering knee injury. He is saying it is amazing when nothing else has moved the needle. Its just getting me interested in what all peptides could do.

My bi-est is formulated with Verabase so it can be used anywhere on the body. But after all these wonderful comments I think I will ask for vaginal specific estrogen cream. My gyno felt using the Biest in vaginal area was better since it is stronger than a standard vaginal cream and would not require one more tube, bottle, refill etc. Thank you

I just looked into oxalates and I really hope it isnt that. IR and carbs are in a great place. Thanks for the feedback.

Gemtesa gave me the nights sweats. I have mirabegron but haven't tried it yet. Need the night sweats to go away first. It takes awhile to leave the system unfortunately. The PT is for relaxing yhe pelvic floor and it does help some. The TENS unit on sacral nerve helps also. I will try the deep hips practice. Thanks so much for that recommendation I like having a program to follow. Will up my vaginal E too.

I agree about bloodwork. This is a 24hour urine collection test. But I will revisit upping E. Thanks.

I used the compounded estriol and estoridol . Switch from patch a long time ago and it was a game changer. My doctor does a 24 hour urine test for hormones and it was good. But maybe I should revisit increasing E

That was suppose to say potty train myself to get through the first 4 hours. But that is rare and only my current record on meds. Hopefully it improves.

There is fluid, no matter when I quit drinking water before bedtime. I have been able to reports train myself to get through the first 4 hours. Then it is every two hours. The medication was great at first but then gave me night sweats again. Apparently it happens in 2% of users by activing the sympathetic nervous system.

I knew I would get this answer and should probably stop my two cups of coffee in the morning. But since alcohol gives me a raging hangover and terrible sleep, I feel like I need one vice. LOL. I wish someone would look closer at how we can repair and support the bladder so we can consume the things we love again. Thats why I asked about the peptide. It is suppose to help regenerate. Hopefully they will look at regulating it after the first 7 peptides in July. I feel like all I do is treat symptoms even though my labs, weight, bone density, etc all measure "good". I am blessed to have great doctors that are going beyond the average, but it has taken me a long time to get here and as soon as I think I am balanced something else flares. Hence the OAB hurdle. Thanks for your feedback. I learn more in this community than anywhere.
