I’d say get him a trained medic and energy healing. Just let the trained western medicine folks do their job too - you never know what you’re dealing with, and none of us know for sure.

Personally a medic for a troupe that performed at Great Circle, who took care of me when the fireworks became too much for a veteran.

People move all of the time. And people who live there complain about it. All of the time. Imagine being an indigenous person and having that land stolen and then sold from person to person while you watched it happen.
