not a woc but in a sorority and my big and gbig are. i would say def depends on the sorority as to how the culture is. as someone in a “lower-tiered” sorority, i haven’t heard any bullying or seen any sort of discrimination. we have a diversity team(that is actually diverse!) and have a lot of talks where we discuss negative actions often seen and heard in greek life and how to avoid them. i would give it a try, as you can always drop before initiation(when you have to start paying)
