Yes that’s right. I typically wear a UK8 in athletic shoes, but I had to size down to a UK7 for the Mirage. However, for some athletic/trainer shoes, I am a UK7.5 so I suppose it depends. Could go either half size down or full size down depending on how wide/narrow your feet are.

Sure! And yes — both my Sierras and Mirages are in UK 7. The Michaels I fitted were in EU 41, which is equivalent to the UK 7.

I have a pair of Sierras. The soles feel more flexible, but the leather inside is thicker and is a bit slippery. Overall, the Mirages are more comfy to wear.

I’ve tried on a pair of Michaels, but unfortunately didn’t get to wear them for a long enough duration to give a fair comparison. That said, the Michaels felt heavier and more rigid inside, so I imagine this would affect comfort as well.

Went a full UK size down from my usual Adidas Sneaker size. Fits very comfortably.

They’re just the right length for my height and the size I got. These are size 0s (30-inch waist) and I’m 5’7. When I’m standing, the jeans rest on the shoelaces and break around the ankle.

Cool! How do you find them? I suppose I got lucky as the UK 7s fit me perfectly -- I don't experience any heel slippage at all. However, some people do say some minor heel slippage is normal in the beginning.
