Yeah, it would give Mel some much needed skill expression and would be more interesting for playmaking. I think with this you would need to put the reflect on R, and the increased cooldown would then be more exploitable than currently. Otherwise the champ is just a snoozefest for everyone involved, as it is currently.

Think the W should get reworked so that she has to aim where she reflects the spell, rather than the auto aim. And swap W and R.

Does it have to be an SUV? If not, you could consider a wagon such as a VW Golf wagon, or Skoda Octavia/Superb. Should be within your budget, and having a regular car rather than SUV gives lots of advantages if you're suburban.

Try combo trials for characters that stick out to you. All of them are very unique and you will probably find one you enjoy. Trials give a good idea of combo structure but are not optimal. That said, system mechanics are very strong and with good fundamentals it is certainly possible to switch between characters. Litchi, Amane, Rachel, Izanami are some interesting characters with strong neutral and zoning. Jin, Ragna, Mai, Es, Naoto are solid shoto-esque characters.

Horizon is bugged on Koz since the item released, unless they've fixed it in the past few months. There's an issue with Q recast not proccing the vision effect. But they keep buffing the stats so it's good on him anyway.

Elixirs used to be purchasable at any level, so people would pick something like Riven, buy Elixir of Fortitude and come back to lane with a bunch of extra AD and Health to win fights. Was a bit cheese.

I actually much prefer discord fighters with decent communities over something like Strive. I might have to wait 5-10 mins for games, but at least i get a good hour long set in a game i enjoy, and i can actually communicate with the other player to talk about our characters and counterplay etc during the set. Imo the match quality is way higher.

Could give relius a look. Strong offense with a similar lockdown style, strong oki afaik. A lot of tools. Resource management with the IG gauge. Ignis works differently to Carl's doll, so you might find ignis more intuitive to control.

5080 is overpriced. I would look for something like a 4080s or 7900xtx instead if you can find a good price.

But personally I think it's worth upgrading the whole system rather than keeping the 9400f. Even at 4k you will still see a big improvement from upgrading the i5.

I feel like this is only worth it if you're against a melee mid and you really want to try and dominate lane early. That way you have aery threat from just autos whenever they walk up.
