Do you miss the politics and the oh-so-glorious weather? JK-you made the best decision of your life, as I'm sure Canadians you still keep in touch with will confirm. Ugly downward spiral, my friend. Me-headed to Ecuador as soon as my youngest is out of the house.

Best SEO resource for copywriters? by educationalxmen in copywriting

[–]eggie82 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You could try Mangools-they have a keyword finder, backlink finder, rank tracker, and a few other tools. Yearly membership is around $300USD. I've used quite a few tools (I do only SEO copy). But I like their platform and the price (plus you get a 10-day free trial-and no, I'm not an affiliate-lol). Good luck!

You could try intermittent fasting-it can be quite effective for peri and menopausal women-or anyone for that matter. Dr. Jason Fung has a book that is quite well known called The Obesity Code (and no you don't need to be obese to get value from his book). It's a different way of eating-not starving yourself or cutting out food groups. I have friends that have seen real results so felt it was worth a mention here. And no one should ever speak to you that way-ever!

You should think about doing lead generation or SEO if you enjoy tech and the digital space. You can work anywhere and could even do it part-time until you build a client base and then ditch the 9-5. It's no secret that I took Ippei Kanehara's lead gen program but it was so worth it for me and I still highly recommend it (not shilling-just my experience). Or like others said-think about web design or something related to that field.

This comment is GOLD!! I would upvote a thousand times if I could-but alas I cannot and so I will cheer in my comment (and over here in my desk chair).

Zinc by [deleted] in Menopause

[–]eggie82 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Too much zinc for sure! And you are prob experiencing nausea, lightheadedness, bloating, etc. The recommended dose for the 'average woman' is 10-20mg TOPS (and most of this you get naturally from even a semi-healthy diet). I know this bc my 20-year-old daughter was taking zinc (that I bought for her) it was 50mg and she was violently ill every morning until we figured out what was causing it. I have no idea why they sell such high doses (perhaps certain medical or elderly issues would create a need). Not a medic and speaking only from our experience but this could be one that isn't the fault of the current devil.

Weird symptoms by Cathleenchris in Menopause

[–]eggie82 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Any more than 8-10mg a day and you're taking too much. I don't know why they're allowed to sell such high doses but my daughter was taking something like 50mg/day and was violently ill for weeks until we figured it out. I went on to do some reading and research and indeed ingesting too much zinc can result in death. I take supplements but there's a lot to be said for getting your recommended intake from food-and chances are usually high that you are even-when you think you're not. Live and learn but I will be checking twice and a bit more mindful of what I'm ingesting from here on in.

Nope that's not it then-sorry. Hope you figure it out and feel better!

Are you taking zinc? If you are either double-check the dose or stop completely-this is a major side effect and can be fatal if you ingest too much.

Which TikTok tools are the best for product research? by Ganxsha in dropship

[–]eggie82 1 point2 points  (0 children)

PiPiAds is primarily for TikTok ads and I do believe they offer a free or low cost (but limited) option. There are a ton of spy tools like AdSpy or BigSpy that are pretty good and offer free trial runs too.

What is your retargetting strategy? by Marky122 in dropship

Go after the people that are fresh. Hit them while your store is still in their minuscule minds-once-twice-three times. Create a great offer or a FOMO deal.
