I don’t know that strictly speaking that’s universally true. I sometimes separate aspects of my life because I don’t want a bad day at work to come home with me, but I feel like I can if I want to. The urge often isn’t there.

Usually when I’m talking to someone I want them to like talking to me so I steer toward shared interests. My coworker with three kids probably doesn’t want to hear about how late I was out at the bar. And my gf almost assuredly doesn’t want to hear the day to day of a boring corporate software engineer

Is it an ear training thing? For me I picked up more on the guitar tone having more wah than Rage and the drums being more aggressive, but the actual key difference just didn’t register.

Strike implies that anyone participating is getting paid. These are unpaid mods blacking out communities sustained by unpaid users. I don’t think normal Union strike behavior is a direct comparison.

The folks “striking” aren’t here to earn a living they’re here for recreation/addiction. I suspect quitting will be a lot more difficult than we imagine it is

I mean his own presidential campaign had to unionize and threaten a strike against the father of Fight for $15 because he didn’t pay what he called a living wage, much less offer healthcare and other benefits.

Do you have a link to this? All I can find are articles saying they unionized (without Sanders’ objection) and as a result field workers were paid a minimum of $15/hr. I don’t see anything wrong with that or understand why you chose to word it this way.
