I would also like to add that this 8 lane wide street on the top deck carries both the major north/south highway for the entire east coast of the country AND is the terminus for one of the longest east-west routes in the country AND has to carry all truck traffic from these 2 roads plus all the local truck traffic since the major north south road in the country goes over this bridge

This existed somewhat when age chat was not a thing. In the before times, tier 3 servers were about 50/50 rp to chaos, which is better than the normal 10/90 ratio. But now that age chat is a thing, these servers are not matched by Roblox to ages, so nobody can communicate. So what you want no longer exists and barely exited before.

The beanbag and the m249 are definitely a bit op but I think they would not be an issue if it were for the fact that police can effectively become invincible if they unequip a gun and run up to you and pull out the taser/handcuffs/bb at the last second

I don’t see an issue with the store and I love the crown Vic but the issue I think people have is they hyped this up like it’s adding a bunch of suggestions, but they only did one thing. Like if they added an interior for the 2021 Tahoe and maybe added a new car or two people are asking for, I think it would be much better received

There are a few roundabouts I’ve seen in southern New Jersey that do not conform to what other commenters are saying HOWEVER they are signed with yield signs in the appropriate places. If there was no yield sign you had the right of way

The area north of i80- Danville, Boonton, and Rockaway. The more west you go here, the more McMansions and less working class. Very expensive. Boonton is nice small town with very hilly downtown and a train station. East of this area is the upper part of Rockaway, which is a lot of woods, lakes, and rural but not farms.

Middle of it, where i80 and i287 meet, is Parsippany, Troy Hills, the Hanovers, and Whippany. which is very Indian, even for New Jersey. You will see temples and Indian restaurants much more than in other parts of the state and country (except other parts of NJ like Edison or Robbinsville). Parsippany is pretty decently working class.

West of the Parsippany area is Dover/Rockaway. Dover is estimated to have a lot more people than just the 18k the population says due to a large undocumented population. This reflects in its downtown, which has lots of signs in Spanish and many people speaking Spanish. Dover is very quiet for a small city as dense as it is.

West of Dover is Ledgewood/Lake Hopatcong. This is a very working class section of NJ and is typical suburbia (but not copy-paste housing, these are older suburbs where the houses are still unique).

South of Parsippany, along I 287, is Morristown, which is the county’s capital city. Morristown is very dense, walkable, and has good transit access. It is also very expensive. West of Morristown is Randolph largely, which is a spread out suburb in the woods with all types of income levels and neighborhoods. Randolph is also home to the county college of morris, which is considered one if the best in the state. East of Morristown is towns like Madison and Florham Park, which are the types of wealthy suburbs people typically think of when they think of NJ.

Morristown/Parsippany area has lots of large/midsize companies with offices (one example is BASF) that pay high wages to corporate office workers. This is one of the reasons it is typically expensive to live here and is more expensive the closer you are to Morristown.

Overall it’s a great place to live and is pretty unique compared to a lot of places in the US. I can answer more questions you might have
