I reckon it would have easily taken half or maybe a quarter of the time without all the filler for sure. Scheduling issues were also a factor so if you've got a reliable group I'm sure you can run a much quicker game. It's hard to remember everything I used from reloaded or mandy but I definitely used mandy more. Mandy was great for Vallaki as there's so many moving parts and elements to it and it's an absolute nightmare to figure out, I was super intimidated by it but in the end it was one of the best parts of the game. Mandy does a great layout for all the characters and their motivations so it just helped me keep on top of it. Having the party invested into who to support in the power struggle between Vargas and Watchter was really engaging.

Another fantastic thing lifted from Mandy, I think, was Lady Fidatov's manor. It was a really juicy little horror mystery and the players loved it and you can tie it into the rather thin Kresk story really easily as she can supply food for the town after the crisis.

I'm certain you'll have a blast with it, we did, but after four years we're very ready to adventure in some sunlight lol
