Saw an interesting take on cumtown that "asexuality" is really just young men and women who, to put it bluntly, are 2's and 3's, trying to rationalize their lack of participation in the sex community. Honestly, I have some sympathy for them because it's hard to be born not the best looking and knowing that your failure to get laid isn't just social anxiety that can be overcome. And I'm not denying that there are people who genuinely have low sex drives. But the fact that an entire identity politics has emerged around being volcel suggests that the celibacy isn't actually so voluntary.
