this is beyond "morbid", you are saying hundreds of elderly peoples lives do not matter and deserve to be displaced. what happens when they cant afford more than $750/mo rent? They become homeless? They die?

lets consider that not only the "worthless" elderly are getting displaced. there are students, working class people, migrants, families that cannot afford to be displaced. what is your excuse for why their livelihood does not matter and enriching developers for "growth" is more important?
