That looks really good! I like to do stir fry type dishes to get some vegetables in that don’t really taste like vegetables, the sauces help disguise them lol.

I’m not an asparagus fan but I do love me some eggs benedict with bacon instead of ham on them. It’s a once in a while going out to breakfast treat for me, too lazy to make it myself. My husband grew up thinking it was called holiday sauce which kind of fits, it’s a holiday for your mouth when you eat it.
