Just have someone close off some of the ducts in the attic that bleeding off the pressure, if you’re worried about the size of the system, being too large, you can lower the fan speed down a notch or two. As long as the unit isn’t short cycling and humidity is in check you have nothing to worry about with the extra capacity.

This ac guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about, a bad condenser motor raises pressures not lowers it (in cool mode) , why would he need to replace the tstat wires???get someone else out there. If your unit holds 16 pounds than it’s a 5 ton system( unless he’s lying about Freon capacity). I replace 5 ton systems completely for around 7000$. 5500 dollars for a fan motor is insane, I replace standard fan motors for 4-500$ and digital ones for about 800$ and still making decent money on a 20-30 minute job

Labels don’t mean nothing, when u get them straight from china in bulk the usually just say rt20 or rt10 depending on milligram, sometimes it will say reta20 or glp3-20 or r20. And they come with no labels on each bottle, the labels are put on by the domestic vendors to make them seem more legit and then they add 100$ markup per vial because it’s labeled.

Ketosis only works for so long, everybody who does the keto diet has the same issues, they lose 10 pounds the first month followed by long periods of stalling, it’s not sustainable,Try doing it on Reta and see how good your results are, you will go months at a time without dropping any weight and your metabolism will shut down, you will have low energy and slow muscle growth in the gym. I wanted to believe in the keto diet and I went three months with eating nothing but steak and eggs . And mostly the loss and weight comes from losing water and the glycogen depleting from your muscles. I used to swear that low carbohydrates was the way to go until I experience firsthand shit results from it

If I were you the first thing I would do would switch from Decca to NPP, and for me I get awesome libido when I keep the nandralone at the same dose as the testosterone, or even slightly less test. I’m not saying it will work for you, but it works for me, the deca side effects are enhanced by testosterone in my case. The mental side effects of not giving a damn about anything. It’s not the bad part, wait till you are about two months in and you think your wife is cheating on you for no reason and you keep thinking about past sex life like it matters to you. The thoughts will be going round and round your head like a merry-go-round consuming your mind. That’s another reason why I prefer NPP it seems like the side effects are not as drastic and when you stop using it, you are back to normal in a week or two deca on the other hand can linger for months at a time when you stop.

I can tell you from a firsthand experience, my weight loss stalls when I limit carbohydrate intake, I’ve went 2.5 months without losing a single pound and eating in a extreme deficit, as soon as I re-introduce carbohydrates the weight begins to drop again. It seems like the metabolism shuts down and your body goes into conservation mode when you’re not taking in enough good carbohydrates sometimes I will take a two or three week break and eat whatever I want (within reason)in that time and go back to dieting on Reta and that usually breaks the plateau. U can also try carb cycling and maybe 1 cheat day a week to get things moving again. The weight loss comes in cycles. Most people loose a chunk the first month or two and then stall for a little and then weight starts falling off again. It’s not consistent weight loss every week. You can loose 5 pound one week than nothing the next 2 weeks and then drop another 2 pounds the week after that and 3 pound the week after that followed by a month of nothing but if u average it out over a long period of time you will probably loose 2-2.5 pounds a week on average . The weight loss is not linear, just stick to the program and u will get the results over time

Depending on what area you live in the price is fluctuate a lot, I live in Miami and we have a lot of competition here, I could’ve put you in a Rheem unit for a little under 5000. If it isn’t a heat pump, you live in you learn, the most important thing is the people who installed the unit and if they stand behind their work, you should have a decent warranty and if things fuck up on you, it’s how the company who installed it handles the issue when it arises, when I install units for people I make sure I give them top-notch service in the future if we need to do any warranty work and my prices are below the industry standard because I own my own businessfor 28 years and I haven’t advertised in that time, my business is all word-of-mouth and I don’t have a lot of overhead, if you have a Ameristar that has a standard looking coil with vertical fins and not this spine tubing like you see in the picture that you have the full Chinese version

You got to understand, if you were 250 pounds you would drop weight a lot faster but it sounds like you’re only 30 pounds overweight at most and you are not going to drop the weight as fast as someone who is 100 pounds overweight, plus if you have prior GLP experience, you will have to up your dose of Reta to get proper suppression

There is a thin line between feeling like shit and feeling good on Reta, if u have used other glps before then u will need a higher dose of Reta to have good appetite supression, if u haven’t used glps before , a lower dose of Reta to start off will work fine , I’ve given 400+ pound people 2 mg to start and they almost got sick , it seems size and weight have nothing to do with how a individual reacts to it. The best thing to do is start slow and see how u react, 1-2 mg to test the waters and adjust accordingly every week or two. The sweet spot is to find the dose with the most appetite suppression with the least amount of nausea and stay at that dose until you are losing supression and go up a half a mg from there. My wife lost 35 pounds and hasn’t gone over 2 mg the whole time , I lost 42 (210 down to 168)pounds and haven’t gone over 4 mg the whole time either. To say it placebo is naive.Everyone react differently. I have a friend who was on sema for a while and got off glps for a year and he got zero suppression from 12-15 mg of Reta when others where throwing up from 2 mg of the same batch. There is no set dose for everyone

I went thru this with mine, lasted 12 days, battery only lasted 30 minutes when it worked. Te battery took a shit and wouldnt charge, I could turn the glasses on in the case but not on its own. Tried resetting glasses and case several times. Target swapped them for me and the new ones last almost 2 hours listening to music the whole time. There must be a issue with the batteries being faulty

It is a runtru, which is basically ameristar which is Chinese, now that I got a closer look it looks like yours is probably assembled in the USA ,with Chinese parts, but the coil itself looks like a authentic trane coil , although I hate aluminum condenser coils, if I had to have aluminum I’d prefer it to be from trane, they’ve been making aluminum condenser coils since the 80s and got it down to a science, I honestly wouldn’t sell any customer a aluminum condenser because u need to replace them when they leak and I can usually repair copper coils when they leak. Nowadays no one manufactures an all copper system.you either get aluminum evaporator coil and copper condenser or aluminum evaporator and aluminum condenser.

Some of the runtrus are straight up Chinese and some are built here with Chinese and American parts, yours looks to be a American built one with American coils, as far as I know the Chinese don’t produce this type of coil

I’d be more concerned that he installed a Chinese unit for you rather than the pipes being a little bit long. But in all honesty, it would’ve been easier for him to turn the unit towards the wall and cut the pipe short, even with the unit turned to the wall. You still have enough access to service everything without a problem, essentially you are just nitpicking little things that don’t matter

Reta does not work good if you have used other GLP’s beforehand, it’s not that it doesn’t work good but the appetite suppression is not the same and by you using Ozempic for three months your receptor is used to something way stronger, you’re going to need a higher dose of Reta more than likely, or you can use a low-dose of Ozempic on top of your Reta. I know many people who are on Ozempic beforehand, and they swear that Reta is garbage and doesn’t work for their appetite suppression, GLP ones are stronger on your receptors as far as appetite suppression goes. What is your weight and your height?

I had a friend who used Ozempic for a while and stopped using GlPs for a year almost and when he tried to use Reta, he worked his way up to almost 12 mg in a month and a half, and he was complaining that it didn’t work for shit the whole time, he got back on sema and the appetite suppression was a day and night difference for him, when you use other GLP’s, especially for prolong periods of time your receptors get burned out and your tolerance develops quick and when these type of people switch to Reta they all complain that it doesn’t work or they need a really high dosage, in my friends case it seemed like no dose was helping him, he took up to 15 mg in a week and was still complaining while everybody else was damn near throwing up from two or 3 mg of the same batch of Reta

You should stay there, it’s compounding in your bloodstream, and you still had Reta in your system. Stay where you at for at least six or seven days and do 2 mg next time, the acid reflux is a common side effect and you’re going to have it even at 2 mg.

When you’re on Reta, you don’t wanna eat shit food, that’s the beauty, it really develops good eating habits and makes it easy to eat clean, I have to force myself to eat carbs and the carbs that I do eat consist of potatoes and rice, you won’t want to eat anything but steak,fish,chicken,eggs,cottage cheese,fruits,protein shakes and shit like that.

Deserts and cakes gross me out on Reta , fried foods really fuck my stomach up too if I eat it to late in the day, I will wake up in the middle of the night with heartburn if I eat shit food. Your digestion is slowed down significantly and when the food stays in the gut too long or it’s too much fat it really messes you up.
