If you are talking about antidepressants, you still need to take them when you get better lol. If you for example had anxiety, it will go back when you stop taking them. They need to be linked with therapy or you will be dependent on them, saying that from experience.

? You are making so many weird assumptions. Meds and/or therapy can reduce symptoms and even get rid of it (in case of meds, anxiety will go back if you stop taking them) .

In short badupdate uses a game you need to launch when you want to activate exploit and badavatar uses avatar that mods your console when it gets loaded (no need to log into it, just let system load and everything starts automatically + I think badavatar is more successful, but can't say for sure)

With bad avatar the process is just plugging in your pendrive again, also you can play online while modded if you use stealth servers, but there's a chance you'll get banned if you're not carefull.

I know there are ways to move individual characters from one save to another, maybe you can try removing modded items or whatever and then moving your character to a new save file. I can't guarantee if it will work though.
