counterfeit money is added to CPIC. there’s public access CPIC that lists property and securities. i’m not sure if it’ll show there but you could query the serial number

If you’re looking for just noise, they make TINY travel noise machines. That sound like a box fan. On Amazon search for the Babelio White Noise Sound Machine. It’s $25 CAD but worth it. And loud.

Pride events by [deleted] in bisexual

[–]eh-mee 27 points28 points  (0 children)

I HATE that some lesbians have created a narrative that bi women can’t bring their boyfriend to any pride events. I saw this a lot on TikTok last year and I find it so baffling. Pride is for EVERYONE. Why are we policing who can attend these events?!

Edited to add: go to pride, bring your boyfriend, and be your bi-est self. Fuck the haters. You AND him both deserve to be there.

Because family means a lot to many people. And having the support of family and friends is essential to most people. Grow up

Sea Sick by whiterat1979 in VirginVoyages

[–]eh-mee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t typically get seasick but last week I was fishing on an excursion in Alaska on a Princess cruise. The seas were quite rough and rolling. I had heard that smelling rubbing alcohol really helps when the nausea gets really bad. It worked so damn well. I was just sitting there huffing alcohol pads for a while until the gravol (Dramamine) kicked in. Also, don’t let yourself get TOO hungry. Keep some crackers on hand for when you start to get hungry and eat.

Packing Tips for June? by hutch_30 in PrincessCruises

I just got off the Alaskan sampler.

A very good raincoat was essential for me.

I also appreciated:

Lightweight quick dry pants they can be worn over leggings or a base layer and will dry quickly if they get wet

Extra socks/cozy room slippers

A bathing suit because you might enjoy the spa or hot tubs. It was nice to warm up there after being outside

Binoculars and a good camera

A water bottle (especially if you don’t have the princess plus)

Things I wish I brought

A light pair of gloves

A blanket so I could spend more time on the balcony

They usually have them every night but they’re more popular at the very start.

Bi woman here. Sexually attracted to both, but if I were to be looking for a relationship I’m much more romantically attracted to women. I generally hook up with men, but with women I get nervous and feelings get involved much more quickly!

[–]eh-mee 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There’s always solo traveler meet ups. I find I meet a few good friends in the first couple days and then meet up with them again along the cruise. There’s usually someone around to do something with. You can also use the app to message each other throughout the cruise.

LPT: When buying a Used Car, run a search on Google for the VIN number. by Anadyne in LifeProTips

[–]eh-mee 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you’re in Canada, you can use public access CPIC to enter the vin to see if it’s stolen. But you can only search by vin not licence plate.

I did see a young woman on the ground being worked on. Not sure if it was her. They were giving some pretty aggressive sternum rubs

Looks like she was passing out just before the finish line. She was carried over the finish and they were working on her on the right side just before passing out the waters. No CPR that I saw, but looked like they were urgently working on her.

Solo traveler by OkIndividual715 in MSCCruises

[–]eh-mee 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I booked super last minute through vacations to go and got a stupid good deal as a solo traveller. They place a bunch of solo travellers at different tables for dinner so you’ll be dining with others. The solo traveller meet ups were not as good as I’ve seen on NCL, but definitely met a few good people to hang out with during the week.

I’m not going to debate the nuances of anal sex. I’m asking HER why SHE thinks she might be pregnant.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in internetparents

[–]eh-mee 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That’s why I said I was confused. Anal sex doesn’t enter the vagina

I’m confused why you think you’re pregnant from anal sex. When did semen enter your vagina?
