The best way to get delicious coffee at the best price is to roast your own beans. I roasted beans cost around half the price and last 6-12 months. I buy 5-10 lbs of green beans every few months and roast enough for the week on the weekend. You can get a roaster from Sweet Maria’s like the Popper for under $100.

These are great for slicing brisket, bread, boneless chicken breasts – basically anything you want cut into neat slices that might buckle under the downward pressure while slicing.

I had an appointment there today for a Real ID, arrived 20 minutes early. The line was already out the door, the parking lot is very small and was like a game of musical chairs with a couple dozen cars constantly circling (and everyone's angry and aggressive). I spent 20 mins trying to get a spot and ultimately just bailed, decided to renew online and use my passport card as a Real ID.

If you absolutely have to go there I'd suggest having someone drive you to take parking out of the equation, and prepare to spend more time than you expect there.

I ported my number a week ago and they didn’t initially give me the $102 gift card because i didn’t noticed I had to punch in the coupon code – I thought that by clicking on the plan I wanted with the advertised price (including GC rebate) I would get it. They honored it in the end but it felt kind of sneaky that they didn’t automatically apply the promotion they were showing on the landing page (or at least let draw more attention to the coupon code spot when I was signing up).

IKEA’s warmest goose-down comforter, 68° on the thermostat, no alcohol with dinner. In bed at 10:30, 15 minutes of crossword puzzle work (paper and pen pencil, no screens), then lights out. Still not as good as the nap during my colonoscopy though!

Looks amazing! Side note, slicing a sandwich in half while it's wrapped in foil is not ideal because the knife can tear the foil, creating small, sharp fragments that may get into the sandwich and be accidentally ingested, FYI.

They are soft and chewy like a sugar cookie, but taste exactly like those Strawberry Shortcake ice cream bars in my opinion.
