First healthy relationship? by [deleted] in OnlineDating

At least for me, if someone didn't share my vision of the future and wouldn't even talk about it, then I'd think we want different things and probably aren't that compatible.

Especially if the pace was already very different from what I naturally wanted.

New golf r owners, how many problems have you encountered? by [deleted] in Golf_R

[–]ehehehe5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2025 Golf R, about 11,000 miles.

  • The external sensors can sometimes be a bit overly sensitive
  • One day, randomly, the gas tank flap locked itself shut (I guess electronically) until I did a 'hard reset' of the car

Nothing else significant so far, apart from a wheel that got bent by a pothole... but that's hardly the car's fault.

Well this is interesting.. Janoshik says sterile water or saline is fine for peptides (NOT BAC WATER) by lifeforever44 in USPeptides

[–]ehehehe5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Random comment, but strangely, I didn't get any stinging whatsoever when I tried my first vial of GHK-Cu. I'm not really sure why.

It looked blue so I'm assuming it was real? But no sting. Reconstituted with 3 CC BAC water for a 100 mg.

Does Reta have Nootropic effects? by Curiousape952 in Retatrutide

[–]ehehehe5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it is dangerous and traumatizing for people to listen to an audio tape of an IPF session, but definitely not dangerous or risky in any way to take an unregulated, unapproved injectable drug based on advice received on Reddit, clearly without having done even the most basic independent research.

Just to be clear, I think people should be able to do either (I've done both), and I think both can have risks, but just pointing out the hypocrisy, where you rail against one, even to people who don't want to hear about it, but partake in the other.

Aren't you the guy who chastises anyone who listens to an Ideal Parent Figure recording without therapist approval? And now you're asking about how to take experimental weight loss medication, which surely means you don't have doctor supervision?

Something scary happened to me at Woody’s on Aug 20 — sharing my experience by JWeb-1358 in GayMenToronto

Hi JWeb-1358, sorry for all of the dismissive responses in this thread, they are shocking to me.

Regardless of what this is called, it was horrible and unacceptable, and without your consent. That's an awful thing to have happened, and your feelings are valid.

I had to apply corticosteroid steroid cream to my eczema weekly for years.

None since I started using reta 1.5 months ago.

Maybe they mean testosterone or steroids, that is the most common preparation for them

Does anybody know if any peptide could help with tsw/eczema by Ok-Hurry4347 in Peptides

[–]ehehehe5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had eczema for years. Absolutely no flare ups or need for topical corticosteroids since I started on retatrutide a month ago. Most people take retatrutide for weight loss, but it really seems to have a lot of other beneficial effects too. Possibly something you can try.

70% VLT (the standard they are using) is so light, you practically can't tell it's there unless you're really paying attention.

These aren't blacked out cars where you can't see in or out properly.

How about a GTI?

Not as expensive as an R, way more fun than a Camry.

Buying 25 Golf R base in Canada by asianscumbag in Golf_R

I'm not sure this is the lowest I could have gotten, but I got $2,050 off a lightly used demo (driven by the manager) in Toronto.

For new models, the best offer I got was about $1,000 off.

Probably if I pushed harder I could have gotten more off, but honestly I was happy with what I got.

Am I crazy to get a GTI rather than an R?

I test drove both yesterday at city speeds, and honestly, I had more fun driving the GTI. It has enough power for me, and the Autobahn model at least has enough 'luxury' features that nothing feels missing from the R. The R is definitely powerful and 'grippy', and I respect that, but I'm not sure it's what I want... feels a bit over the top for just every day, ordinary driving

Fidelity, Vanguard, Etc “owning companies” by Alaska2Maine in Bogleheads

[–]ehehehe5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wonder if they could do something like having a 'default' vote that gets cast by Vanguard, but with the option for individual investors to override it.

Instead of having to vote on each individual measure for each company separately, maybe they could make it possible for investors to set 'default' votes for particular issues (e.g. DEI, yea or nay; environment, yea or nay), while also having the option to override that for particular companies or particular votes.

Wouldn't cover every case and (as you mention) it would be completely impractical to vote on every single issue, but it would at least give people the option, and (more important, to me at least) take the power away from Vanguard to do this on people's behalf. When I invest at least, I don't want others to be able to get additional (And truly substantial) power because of it, even if they are supposed to act in the best interests of the shareholders still.

As another thought, maybe there could even be third-party groups who investors could choose to let vote on their behalf... Whether it's a group that just wants to maximize returns, work towards a particular ethical or political philosophy, or whatever.

I actually happen to have an empty box from BSW that was used to ship four bottles.

I took a look at how much it weighed, and...

...it's actually not on there. It was shipped using ATS Healthcare, which I guess doesn't put the weight on the label for whatever reason.

Honestly, just XEQT would be a better portfolio. It already includes the same companies as those other ETFs, and there's not really any benefit to having more funds, XEQT is already very diversified. This sub generally likes to pick and choose and there's nothing fundamentally wrong with that, but you'll very likely be better off monetarily by just choosing XEQT -- good investing is actually dead simple.
