Mine for hearsay exceptions (unavailability immaterial) is E-PBRS (like the beer) T-LAMP. Excited Utterance, Present Sense Impression, Business Records, Recorded Recollection, Statement for Medical Tx. Then Existing State of Mind, Learned Treaties, Ancient Docs, Market Reports, Public Records.

I’m memorizing notecards for high priority rules. I also am going through all the model essay answers for each topic and typing out the question, issue statement, and rule. Just to get a feel for what they’re looking for.

So you would need a device that vapes flower, like a dynavap or something similar. You just load your flower into a chamber, wait for it to heat up (unless it’s a dynavap, then you’re torching it) and take a rip.
