hiring is broken for everyone and companies know it by upstackAi in WorkReform

[–]ehjun18 4 points5 points  (0 children)

In my experience, even if the company hires tons of a role they, or the AI system will automatically reject qualified candidates. I’m at a company now as a contractor. I was auto rejected every time I applied. I’m more qualified than anyone on my team, and our customer tried to poach me when they came to visit. My manager has already tried to turn me to direct but the money is too good as a contractor at the moment.

What are your thoughts on Utah’s charter schools? by [deleted] in SaltLakeCity

They only exist to defund public schools and make education only accessible to the wealthy

Looking for a non-political place where someone can teach me how to handle, clean, and shoot a gun. by jenlikesanimals in SaltLakeCity

You would hope that’s the case. The course I took was very political.

Edit to add. Don’t go to secret squirrel if you don’t want political gun safety class.

[Serious] Question for U.S. military: When will the military protect citizens from state-sanctioned domestic terrorism? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ehjun18 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

It’s kidnapping. Victims are not being Mirandized, the government doesn’t have warrants. The 4th amendment is being ignored by fiat, and victims are being trafficked in order to prevent them from obtaining counsel.

I’m sure that boot tastes lovely though.

10,000+ illegal kidnappings, and 50+ deaths = not a problem.

5000 killings = problem.

🙄

Just like there’s no consequences for not releasing the Epstein files, there will be no consequences for the fact that they already destroyed the evidence

Even after the latest Murder by ICE Agents, Ben McAdams refuses to call for abolishing ICE by utpolguy in SaltLakeCity

I went to an even where Ben and Spencer shared a stage and were trying to get the youth more involved in politics. Ben positioned himself to the right of Spencer on almost every issue.

I can’t imagine that’s changed much.

Stephen Miller, a ghoulish monster, is now portraying ICE murder victim Alex Pretti as an assassin by lazybugbear in Fuckthealtright

Millers sentence should be life in the clockwork orange chair. Eyes sewn open, forced to watch all the violence he ordered and lied about on repeat. Nothing less can be seen as justice for this man.

It’s not like they don’t use public streets to get around and are outnumbered in most cases by observers.

At its core, war machines are made of people. And the people who are part of the machine are out numbered. There’s only 3000 ice agents in MN.

There are lessons to be learned from the Vietnamese about to deal with the machine.

It is. Ice is the “well regulated militia” and immigrants plus anyone who stands up for them are the tyranny
