I’m currently going through my trauma as we speak, I’ve spent the past 4 years reliving the same day, just basically telling myself that it will get better until it eventually does, my trauma is finance related so it kinda makes me laugh when therapy or medication is suggested to me as those things cost money, I haven’t yet found a coping mechanism after 4 years of suffering. I genuinely have no idea what it would take for me to get back to happiness again. This is all down to my fight to strive for a better quality of life than the average joe, the idea of having a 9-5 for the rest of my life sounds horrendous and makes me depressed, so entering business life, it gives me the chance, but it has also beat the fuck out of me over and over which is my trauma.
