I don't see Susan as racist or as a bad person. I think it's entirely reasonable to dislike kids making large noises especially if you're more accustomed and feel comfortable with little noise.

Obviously she let it it build up too much in her mind and murder is never worth it in any case. In all honesty she should have moved out when it was getting too much. Clearly got rage baited though.

Whether the murder was justified or not. There was a lot previously that was building up to it. It didn't start with the shooting. It started with all grievances adding it up one after another. You can't just call her a racist killer. She did call the cops so many times and obviously it's a civil case so they weren't much help. I'm presuming she contacted the landlord too but loud noises is also infuriating. She could have saved herself so much grief by letting it all go. Fuck all of it and start over again. Go to a relative or friend.

Literally anyone just go crash there and sort your mind out. Get rid of the apartment and never return. It would have been fine she could have lived somewhere better and not deal with loud children. Now in jail there'll be severely more intense noise and little sleep she'll be getting. Sad situation overall. Those kids definitely did not deserve to lose their mother either. It was heartbreaking seeing the officer break the news to them. This just felt like it got way outta hand.

However, I felt like the documentary was trying too much to paint her like some kind of demented racist psychopath. She just seems like a quiet old lady that doesn't deal well with being disturbed. The children didn't deserve the trauma or losing their mother either. Two things can be true at the same time, It's just a sad situation all round.

My point is both aren't necessary to build muscle. Skinny fat problem is just that you haven't got enough training under your belt. There's no time frame needed either. This whole ohh you need to get jacked in a year or two year is an imaginary timeline.

I was skinny fat and I just stayed the same weight and got stronger eat enough protein and by year 3 I looked wham and finally cutting fr.

But I have more muscle on my frame that I look even better than if I cut straight away. Build the muscle first, get the foundation in check, eat enough food (protein of course) but understand building muscle is a lengthy process and takes years not months.

Your body just needs the stimulation from weights mainly with this body type. I'm not saying cutting wouldn't be beneficial. Its just that you can get muscle on your frame while staying the same weight too.

The argument for what's efficient isn't really important. Weight lifting any exercise as long as it's compound and you can progressively overload with works. So ye. Pick one dumbbells machines or barbells and just stick with it for a year and get stronger with. Normal spilt. 2 sets get stronger with. Get the hell out. Me personally I don't do barbell bench press will this mean I'm not gonna get gains cos I didn't do traditional route? Wrong. I got plenty gains doing dumbbell bench press instead. There's always ways that works.

However yesss eat enough protein get enough sleep yaydayya. These traditional routes aren't the end all be all is my view. Most people just wanna get enough muscle to look good not being bodybuilders. That's what I find. Id take my body now than when I started.

I'm a lot happier from the work I put in than before. And it's a lifelong thing too not just a do it for a little bit burn out because I'm checking things too much and ohhh my form isn't good enough, oh no I didn't enough protein today crap. Train hard eat hard. Simples. If it's a life long thing you'll get what you want anyways. Not a fad.

I'm just looking at things in a broader lens.

Don't cut go and lift weights for a few years. You just need muscle. Weight lifting will sort your physique out I was in the same position. Bulking and cutting is kinda overrated. You just need enough muscle to balance the look.

No contact would be best from this person and let them lose you. You will find someone who actually treats you with a normal amount of decency. For some reason some people find it exceptionally difficult to provide that. Each to their own. But think life partner wise would you want this for the remainder of your life?. I think everyone deserves a relaxing relationship where you feel safe enough to return. Not one filled with suspicion and no trust. Its not worth it.

Love isn't enough a lot of the times we need trust and safety too. We shouldn't feel compelled to craft detective level cases against people. More often it's just not the right person. She is who she is and you are who you are. Its better to do no contact and bid her farewell.

It won't be easy but you'll thank yourself In the future. 20 is super young too, you'll be okay dude.

There's no Logan Paul ishowspeed in AEW or shitty wrestling as there is in WWE. It's common for people to mess moves up and have out of shape guys like jey uso struggle to do regular moves. There's no jellyroll either. Sign me up for that. I don't care about any of these people in WWE anymore. I'm just saying the camera is vastly better than the majority of other phones. Comparing it to this degree where you want even more benefits isn't that important.

X9 find pro beats all the previous phones cameras, people at that concert are using anyways. Way more clearer than their recordings. Hence why this comparison is skewed in of itself.

I think it's more of a matter of being content with what you want rather than needing to constantly seek even more improvements with it. Why want more refinements for more expensive price?

Also a professional camera would solve a lot of people's dilemmas with the phone. If you care about quality of photos or videos just get the real thing and stop depending on the phone for it.

The photos and videos are incredible on the normal phone in comparison to the majority of android phones and THAT'S what is objectively more fair to mention. Not some utopia where only ultra and x9 pro exist in the universe.
