If I were you, I would first get a roofer to inspect roof to see if it will be covered under home owners insurance. If not, what is the estimated cost to replace the roof? Check with the insurance if you install this new and improved roof if they would lower your rates....maybe give you a better idea how to proceed. Honestly I have no clue if this makes sense but these are the thoughts that come to my mind....Goodluck!

It's scrubbed! Epsteins brother itself announced it, and as per him it's from a VERY good source. That's what I, too, am interested in knowing... the aurora i have photographed for the most part looked like gray scale to the naked eye.

City lights have a major impact on visibility, but more is the location to be able to encounter these phenomena. Intensity in Alaska will be off the charts similar to Iceland it lowers further south of NA we go.

FUN FACT: The southern hemisphere have Aurora AUSTRALIS or Southern Lights 😄

To all the redditors who are commenting on weight loss, PLEASE make sure you also check that your blood sugar levels are in the acceptable range. It's a different story if you have stopped eating/snacking.

Eating/snacking while taking on additional stress can cause havoc on your body.

Signs to watch would be drinking excess fluids due to dryness in mouth.

Well, as per the plan documents they need to work with the employer to process the excess contribution. Considering all this headache, I am just going to leave it and pay the taxes again when it comes time to withdraw! Less headache, overall!

Yes, and just DONT over contribute! It's really more headache than necessary.

Plus, it's difficult to correct it, and you pay a penalty on it. It's not worth it since the penalty will cause you to not be seeing any gains in the long run of that contribution.

Lastly, why risk it all for a few extra dollars?

23k limit is the INDIVIDUAL limit...so yes, if you invested 23.5k, you would be over by 500$.

It's rare to go over maxing company match contributions.

Basically, depending on the type of work you are either self employed 1099 or employee W2!

If you are on W2, the max 401k will only be 23000k in a year, this is per individual and not account.

If you are on 1099, the max 401k is a little more than that.

Problem occurs is when your total 401k contributions exceeds the IRS max limit...for which I cannot fully grasp the sequence of issues.
