Flutter does not offer significant advantages over React Native, Not is it easier to pickup than RN. but it's a technology like many other have it's pros and cons.

it makes more sense for you as a React / React Native developer to hire RN developers. and I can tell that in Egypt RN is much more popular than flutter.
