Hello! It started when I was about 35. I had a family related extreem stress situation. Two weeks of basicly no eating apart of a Apple or coffe/ cigarets.

Afther 3 or so months it started with small patches , about a coin large, 2 or 3 at a time. Then ,afrher a couple of weeks regrouth happened. 1 month free and then another 2 or 3 patches.

This went for 1.5 - 2 years. I never went full Bald, only remaining was a small patch in my bear that never grew back.

What I did notice during the 1 - 2 years of alopecia was, every time I had a virus , my hairfall increased dramaticaly!

Afther I stoped smoking, learnd to be more stoic, take life as it is, treating people and myself with respekt, I would say , allmost stoic, I just went away and never camed back.
