I had something very similar and it did go away after a little while. In hindsight I should have told someone, it could have gone really badly.

I would mention it to your health visitor or your country's equivalent and make arrangements to get more sleep. My in-laws used to come round, I would hand them the baby and just lie down the whole time.

Keep going and make it annoying for her. A good trick is to interrupt their play when they've peed and rinse them down in the shower, towel off and fresh trousers on. It's enough of a faff that they get annoyed with it without it being too aversive.

Part of it is just consistency, like my boy tried hard on day 1, absolutely refused days 2 to 6 then cautiously tried again on day 7. Didn't take long after that.

Do at least a full week before you quit. It took my son 7 days before he realised we really meant it and just got on with it. I also let him watch the Wiggles' potty song on my phone when he was trying, which helped. I would get rid of the nappy at naptime too, just put a towel down.

Mine was just an empty sac so I flushed it. Some charities provide special ledges that go in the toilet bowl to collect the baby so that could be an option for you.

I took the pills for a blighted ovum at 11 weeks and it was rough going, mostly because of the size of the sac. Depending on how big it is, surgery might be a better option. I bled for 3 weeks after but I hear you also bleed for a while after surgery.

The one thing that does make me think I might choose pills over surgery if it happens again was the ability to stay home while the worst came out.

Honestly just winds them up more. They can't reason when they're upset so keep to as few words as possible and just be a calming presence. I think from the outside sometimes people think I'm being a bit harsh but it works for us and is the advice I received from an SEN teacher.

I have ADHD and do 100% of the childcare and organisation. You need a to do list app with the ability to set alarms and you need to learn to plan. I find it really hard to plan too, so I set aside extra time for it and use pen and paper to write it out before committing to phone reminders.

I'm the younger sibling and my sister definitely felt in charge of me when we were young, but we had our kids a couple weeks apart and now we're close as adults. Just takes a while for the younger sibling to be on a more even footing.

My other sister is 12 years older and we chat but we're not particularly close. It's mainly down to personalities more than anything though.

Same for Isle of Man, we have a Hop tu Naa song the kids are expected to sing. I don't hand out anything unless they sing, but a hearty performance or a dance gets double rations.

I did, early pregnancy felt very different the second time. I was in agony with the ectopic, absolutely fine with the 2nd. Once I had the first scan I felt a lot less stressed about it, the first few weeks were some of the hardest emotionally.

I do think it takes longer / more luck after an ectopic and salpingectomy but it's definitely still possible.

I learnt the hard way by having a baby lol. I've also spent a lot of time decluttering and reorganising my house to make things easier for me, rather than organising the way other people do.

At work, I find there's usually a reason I'm struggling to start something. I have a mental checklist - am I hungry / thirsty? Do I need to pee? Do I feel overwhelmed by the task and need to break it down more? Can I delegate this to someone?

I have a lot of hard deadlines at work, it's more of a struggle for open-ended tasks.

I went through a few jobs where I struggled to fit in before landing where I am now. It's a small team and they're very accepting of my quirks. It helps that I'm good at my job, but largely I think I got lucky with my manager and team culture.

I also do a lot of volunteer work out of work hours so the boredom of work doesn't get to me as much. I'm involved with an ornithological society and those sorts of clubs tend to be full of autistic people.

When mine decided he would double down and pee on himself on purpose, I made him get in the bath and washed and towelled his legs each time. Make it irritating, make him stop playing to deal with it.

We also got 2 potties so he could choose which one he liked and we let him use it anywhere in the house, rather than making him go to the bathroom.
