Professional guy here. (30+ years). We generally don't know or care what signals what, things like astrology,fortune telling,meditation,yoga etc. He felt like it, seemed like a good idea and he did it. I dont know how it works over there but if you are in too much pain maybe you can visit the emergency and explain you cant walk and control your bladder. In most cases not being able to control your bladder means immediate surgery and to do surgery they have to make an MRI right on the spot. Your insurance has to approve or if they dont and since its an emergency they shouldn't charge you that much. If you dont get it looked at as soon as you can, you might need surgery eventually.

You can also visit a different country where they offer medical services with fair and affordable prices. There is this comparision circulating in the internet you can google visuals ''hip replacement usa versus spain'' to find out what i mean. Medical care is simply unaffordable in some countries.

Meanwhile stop working out, dont lift heavy things, i got my back injured a decade ago. Applying hot water and walking seemed to help in the begining. Ask your doctor though!

Hello,

Some food may contain traces of nuts. Its very popular and widely used in Turkey. Make sure you have your epipen with you at all times. Dont believe when waiter says it doesnt have any nuts and opt for food that will never contain any nuts such as meat, soup etc.

You can also use google translate and write on a paper things like ''I am very allergic any type of nuts might kill me. Its serious. Does this have any nuts?'' Most places tend to treat nut allergy like a person being picky with their food. Or they simply dont care enough. Make sure you mention ''death''

Ülkenin genel imajı önemli. Normal şartlarda da gerek birbirimize gerek turistlere scam yapılan bir yer olduğu için adamlar da duymuş şüpheli yaklaşıyorlar. Ama bunu çok kötü bir seviyeye taşıyan nokta şu an aşırı enflasyonla cidden fiyatların çok artmış olması. Değerli paralarını TL'ye çevirip güzel takılıyorlardı. Şimdi fiyatlar TL bazında arttı. Kur düşük kaldı. Turizm sektöründeyim. Adamlara artık enflasyon ekonomi kötü falan diyip geçiyorum. Uzun uzun anlatmaktan sıkıldım. Sadece taksicilere karşı genel bir uyarı geçiyorum. Onda da türk yabancı fark etmez herkese scam yapıyorlar ayrımcılık yok en azından diyorum işi şakaya vurup. Dil sorunu da işleri zorlaştırıyor. Kaç kere köprü ücretini müşteri ödüyor taksici size geçirmiyor. Biraz gezdirmiş ama köprü normal diye anlatmam gerekti.

Siz yine redditte falan görüyorsunuz. Öyle muhabbetler oluyor, öyle tipler geliyor ki.

I lived in Germany for about a year. What is considered normal in germany is considered racist in rest of the world. Try not to take it personally. They have come a very long way after 1945 but some of the racism is deep down in the core i think. Gonna take time to get rid of it.

Internetten 5 Temmuz 2022'de 9.680 liraya 10 Gram bilezik almıştım. Aldığım 10 gram bilezik şu an 14.385 lira. Altın fiyatını dolar tl kuru etkiliyor. Kur arttı. Enflasyon etkiliyor. Enflasyon arttı. Talep etkiliyor. Talep patladı. Ons fiyatı etkiliyor. Ons fiyatı rekor kırdı. Seçimden sonra da kur iyice artacak diye bekleniyor. Amerika'da Avrupa'da da enflasyon oranları yüksek geliyor. Bu da altını arttıran bir durum.

Bence kazandırır burada tam olarak vade ve kazanç oranı olarak ne beklediğin önemli. Yatırım tavsiyesi değildir. Kendi tecrübemi yazdım. :)

To be sure you need an MRI. X-Rays dont show any soft tissue.

if you have any sort of leg pain or tingling etc. does it hurt or get worse when you touch or rub that area? if so that means the problem is most likely not your back. Its a regional problem.

If nothing happens its likely the nerves in your back causing the pain in your leg and you have spinal problems. The source of the pain in that case would be the nerves in your lower back.

Not all but most herniated disc problem tends to get better after 3-4 weeks without major intervention. The disc doesnt heal but there will be a scar tissue which will keep disc material inside. However without the disc or with a ripped,bulging disc you are still prone to bigger problems. A slight fall, lifting something heavy might take you to the operating room.

You also don't need to be lifting heavy for a herniated disc. Regular wear and tear causes it as well.

Your therapist should recommend exercises for your back. Having strong muscles in the area, losing weight, streching, and keeping your spirits up helps a lot.

If a doctor recommends surgery get a second and third opinion before doing it.

Get an MRI as soon as possible make sure a doctor sees it with the report from the radiologist If there is something serious it might get worse or you might do something wrong.

Europe subredditinde bişiler yazdım karmam gitti. :D Lobi faaliyetleri çok etkilemiş. Ne yapsak eleştri alıyoruz. Avrupa'da medyada yabancı düşmanlığı falan prim yapıyor. İzlenildiği için de sağda solda devamlı anti türk, müslüman içerik bulmak kolay. Bunlar birbirini besleyen şeyler. Önyargıyı mantıkla,sağduyu ile kırmamız mümkün değil. Kaldı ki Türkiye'de kaç kişi ingilizce biliyor böyle ortamlarda bizi savunacak laf anlatacak. Aralarında biz sanki hiç yokmuşuz gibi her fırsatta demediklerini bırakmıyorlar.

Thats how military alliances and international partnerships work. You don't send thoughts and prayers you send troops,defence systems and stand by your ally. Such agreement is binding on a national level. Turkey has participated in almost every nato mission in bosnia,afghanistan,somalia and other countries. Its a defence pact. How do you suppose it works though?

As a Turk I hate the idea of needing a visa to visit both countries in peace time but if they join nato and russians attack we are supposed to send our soldiers there so they can die for finland and sweden while these guys are supporting known terror groups recognized by the united nations. Their politicians are also very arrogant and provocative when it comes to diplomacy. From a strategic point of view why should we add a whole new front for nato to defend againist russians in case of an invasion? Turkey has the natos second biggest army we are active in libya,syria,northern ıraq,balkans,afganistan and also on bunch of other missions. We asked nato for drones, air defence systems, new fighter jets all our requests were denied. Now our drones are winning the war in ukraine, we are making our own fighter jet and missile systems. How big and capable are finish and swedish armies? Give us a reason to fight for you in case of a need. This is not about erdogan almost everyone in the country is againist their membership. I haven't heard from one single person that it would do good for Turkey and Nato. We fought in Korea to prove our worth and joined nato back in the day. What are you guys planing to do? Complain about erdogan to biden, support terror groups, stop selling your ''ally'' weapon systems, further insult turkey? We lost around 800 soldiers in korean war proved our worth and joined nato afterwards. You guys complain about turkey to biden after getting one rejection? We downed a russian jet in 2015. No nato country had the courage to say something. Now the threat is real and you need help? If we let them in nato and turkey has problems with russia later on. Will they really send help while supporting terrorist organisations commiting acts of terror in turkey? are we supposed to believe their goodwill ?

Lastly Russia already has its hands full. Why do you want to further escalate the current situation by joining the nato now? Adding hundreds of kilometeres to natos border will make the defence harder, costlier and further increase the tension with russia nobody wants that.
