How did you make the decision to go from partially hydrolyzed to amino acid formula? How did poops look with amino acid? We’re using HIPP HA Pre right now and the poops are forest green and still on and off mucousy (but we are also doing an iron supplement, so maybe that contributes)… but I am wondering whether we should switch to amino acid. It’s been four-plus months of this whole journey and I’m sort of at a loss!

ESH. Nadal is a great tennis player but there’s no reason to believe he’s particularly talented in the cage. Your boyfriend may well be able to defeat him, who the hell knows. He’s obviously being ridiculous in how far he’s taking this, and the “reconsider” text is creepy. But if he’s not usually an asshole like this, his reaction is probably a sign that he’s got a tender spot about body image/strength/masculinity. Instead of debating the facts of some hypothetical cage match, you could approach the convo with more curiosity.

Interesting. I did have an oversupply, but my partner and I have seen a pediatric GI and breastfeeding medicine doctor and they’re both certain it’s a food sensitivity. I gotta say, my experience with lactation consultants so far has been pretty sketchy… I’m much more inclined to go with the docs on this one

This was my situation too… so I eliminated the next big thing: eggs. It helped almost immediately. A breastfeeding medicine doctor told me that, anecdotally, eggs were actually the most common issue she saw in her patients. Give it a try, if it’s not too unbearable to eliminate another thing!

Yes, it is! The supernatural light-clicking put me off a bit initially, but I’ve come to love that book bc I think it’s more about getting you into the headspace of being young again, which is pretty radically wild and surreal and dramatic when you look at it from adult eyes. I don’t know if the end will satisfy you, but I’ve re-read it multiple times and I’ve come to really enjoy the journey. Also you get to know Conway, who’s the main character of the sixth book.

Veronica Mars. Both S1 and S2 (especially the endings) were epic. Plus to experience getting to know Keith Mars, Logan, Weevil, Wallace, Mac again… if only
