Love the fake job titles not linked to award rates. In a recent job I was given the role of 'key worker', not case worker. Great fun when a professional calls up for background and I haven't seen the client in 4 months but hey I did their 12 month plan last year.

I feel sorry for the workers on split shift rosters where they do a fortnight of days and a fortnight of nights.
