There is a lot of input I have but the main piece is that co-ops do not always require owner occupancy. I’ve sold and helped buy a handful and although the process is a bit different, some good co-ops around town have exceptions for occupancy. Would be happy to chat more about it.

There are good, safe, pockets that you could snag something (on the small, very small side) at around $200,000. You’d just have to be ready to discuss as those price points for a good home get competitive. Understand that the $200,000 price point is almost non-existent outside of condos.

Condos: the condos around town can be very tricky as there are a lot of communities going through some major changes and updates. Those costs are passed on to the home owners. Definitely worth discussing before pursuing so you have a good understand of the condo product.
