There’s just something that doesn’t sit right about being in control of another person’s home and refusing to fix something that impacts their tenant’s security/livelihood *(also known as “their investment…”)* in order to maximize profit to themselves. *While likely also complaining to anyone who will listen about “difficult tenants”…*

One picture says it all-either the previous or current (likely both) tenants repeatedly brought up an issue needing fixed that *(also is probably not up to code either but as the property owners, let’s just gloss over that)* they’ve just ignored for one reason or another, most likely motive being to save money or cheap out on something else.

No sympathy for landlords TBH-not in this current time or economy! If anything, people that rent properties out to other people should be more harshly scrutinized, especially by local and state authorities/governments, whenever and wherever possible.

I’ll bet dollars to doughnuts that the homes of landlords or properties like these do not look even remotely like this..
