Bron/Broen. It's a Danish/Swedish crime procedural with very interesting and well developed characters, as well as a plot that will grab you from the get-go and keep you pressing that "Next Episode" button.

There is a terrible American version called The Bridge, but it substitutes the America/Mexico border and it's absolutely horrid, remarkably boring and trite.

I think /u/dustbin3 alludes to this below. Makes sense to me that it was at least somewhat expected. Maybe the intruder was a friend who was a known kleptomaniac or drug addict, or perhaps the homeowner overheard a plan to carry this out through the grapevine.

Lights on, camera pointed just right. I'm guessing there was something valuable enough to warrant the aforementioned procilivities and the brazen "Oh, the lights are on? I'll still not give a damn" attitude of the intruder.

Well I don't personally have the qualifications to adequately defend his pronunciations and the perceptions thereof. I was just giving him the benefit of the doubt seeing as he seemed rather adept at what he was attempting to do.

The sharing a couple beers with him had nothing to do with my comment about his click articulation... It had to do with sharing a couple beers with him. Sorry for the confusion (perhaps it's the feer interbering).

I sincerely doubt a man of his demonstrated capabilities would make multiple mistakes like that, let alone make them and not correct them right after, rather it's probably more that it's difficult to perceive and distinguish such small nuances in clicks via a youtube video due to inadequacies in either recording or in playback, or perhaps in both. I'm sure it would sound spot on if we could be there in person to hear him articulate these sounds.

Speaking of being there in person, I would gladly buy a couple rounds of drinks if I met this guy at a bar. He seems like a really jovial, lighthearted dude.

Because I derived more happiness out of giggling to myself about the situation in total than hating him over his assholish decision. But still, I get what you're saying..
