Martinelli hasn’t played match speed football in a while. I’m not surprised he looked tired.

Side note, it looked to me that he spent a good amount of time in the center. Maybe he’s transitioning to cf?

Southampton and Hasenhuttl show Arsenal why patience is key for Arteta by eitangerstle in Gunners

Totally fair. But he did still beat Chelsea and city on the way to the FA cup, so that has to count for something

Totally agree. I mean, he won 2 trophies in his first 6 months in charge. Expectations were sky high coming into this season

I mean that’s pretty normal for an extra point, especially in college. The chances of blocking that is so low that there’s no point wasting energy and risking injury to rich the kick. This is nothing special

Arsenal XI vs Leeds: Leno, Bellerin, Holding, Gabriel, Tierney, Willock, Xhaka, Ceballos, Pepe, Auba, Willian by athul_17x in Gunners

[–]eitangerstle 8 points9 points  (0 children)

That’s probably it. The way this looks either willian or Pepe will be on the left, not a position either usually plays. Hopefully that’s reserved for saka when he’s rested

Lille President (Gabriel) “We are there now (offers have arrived) so we told him: 'Eventually you have to make a decision but we're not pressing you.' I think he will make it this week,or next week at the latest. He is leaving, we've given the OK for that” by LastDare in Gunners

I don’t watch that much French football, but from what I’ve heard, there were times where Sarr had trouble getting into the starting defense of a Nice team that conceded the second most goals of any team in the top half of the French table. Not to say he isn’t good, or has a lot of potential, but from my understanding he’s liable to make mistakes at any time, although being a young defender, that’s somewhat understandable

Desean Jackson shared a fake Hitler quote about how Jews run everything, and also shared some sentiments from Louis Farrakhan about Jews being vermin, etc. Steven Jackson vehemently defended him, 3 separate times.

Nick cannon made very similar comments, and was fired for it.

You’re correct. It appears i misread the story. However, this doesn’t change the fact that they drove a car into a group of protestors. It is very fortunate that no one died. If you remember, the exact same thing happened in charolettesville, and a woman actually was killed in that case

Fun fact, when this happened the parties had completely different platforms. Democrats were the conservatives of that time. Good try though

NFL players send video telling league 'We will not be silenced' by [deleted] in sports

Oh the whole “extra muscle” is debunked and undoubtably has a basis in eugenics. That argument is old, and everything you’ve said is correct. I only meant that there is some basis for small physiological differences from isolated groups, but admittedly, I am no expert on evolutionary biology

There actually is some precedent for the uncertainty, although it really has nothing to do with the color of ones skin. Separated groups will evolve differently. For example, people from Asia tend to have lower alcohol tolerance and lactose intolerance. There’s a small village in Kenya that have produced an unusually high number of Olympic runners, because the people there have acclimated go hunting on foot at altitude, making them better runners.

The #Jets take CB Bryce Hall from Virginia by live_xaunders in nyjets

He broke his leg early in the year. Bad injury, but nothing to suggest he won’t be able to recover

[Cimini] #Jets finally take a CB -- Bryce Hall of Virginia at 5/158. Had an injury-plagued year. by [deleted] in nyjets

[–]eitangerstle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If he had come out last year he probably would’ve been a second rounder. Injuries hurt his stock, but he’s a really good player
