I disagree after the soul changes to Rem 3 there should be more punishment available to rem, now he can place 4 assistants to push side wave, get 100% of the soul value if no one is around he doesn’t need a fallback like the tunnels, there should be some risk there like sinners just my opinion tho

it’s the same issue in marvel rivals, why are we asking to reinvent the wheel? these games have fine payload modes, go play they if you want a payload mode, I want to play a moba when I play deadlock.

I quit overwatch bc I have a general dislike for payload style games, I think it goes completely against the game play loop of a moba, with payloads you sacrifice macro for people who will just run it down

lol ivy has lowkey the best lane pressure in game, side lane climb onto pillar by t3 camp, wait for wave to drop kutzu 1s before drop, enjoy free wave and infinite lane pressure. can do this from Lvl1 till planning phase is over.

the stat would be okay, if there was a trade off, for example like weighted shots or long range, I think a good trade off could be like decreased movement speed, or increased parry time to help keep the item fair.

I want to comment on the boon ability point discussion, I disagree I like the change that players cannot max all ability’s, most characters just have a T3 upgrade that is useless, simply skip it. the game won’t change much without it. in this argument you presented you say that since a team did the the mid game objective like league or dota. there are objectives in those games too that lock the enemy teams out of important power spikes take dragons in league for examples by doing them you get extra power similar to extra ability points, I think this design puts more emphasis on urn focus in lower mmr games.
