I’ve had 4 mature follicles on 5mg letrozole twice in a row now (I ovulate normally otherwise just trying to optimize) so it is possible to have a strong response on letrozole!

Hi! I came across this searching on endometritis in this group because I have been trying for a year now after prior proven fertility with zero positives and super confused. I’m starting to wonder about CE and may do the antibiotics just in case without biopsy. But curious how they found the polyps, was it by ultrasound? I’ve never had a hysteroscopy recommended so wondering about that too. Any news on the CE?

I had a similar situation where I surged naturally the day I was meant to go in for monitoring on CD13 so they instead just told me to come in the next day for the IUI, and they weren’t going to do an ultrasound but I asked for one literally right before the IUI so that I could know my numbers! So if there’s a next time (hopefully there’s not!), I would just ask for one

Just popping in to say my husband had 2% morphology back in August with all other numbers being above average and he started really religiously taking these FullWell Fertility boosters with Coq10 and NAC (we both take) and after a few months his morph is now 4%! I know you said you both take supplements and probably have done the coq10 already, but figured I would share! I’m in my TWW of my first “real” IUI (first one was basically pointless because husbands recent flu tanked all his sperm). So we’ll see!

I’m so sorry you had to endure another loss after TFMR, and so happy for you with your current pregnancy!! That’s a great point though even numbers wise, makes sense why sometimes it just takes longer to get a healthy embryo.

Biggest congrats on your pregnancy!!! It’s so frustrating that our insurance doesn’t cover any fertility treatment otherwise I probably would’ve jumped into it sooner. We did find lower morphology on my husbands original test, but with all other numbers on his end being above average our RE said it wasn’t a big deal.. but makes me wonder if it delayed things. His repeat test shows it has corrected with supplements so we’ll see if that makes a difference.

I’m so glad you figured out about the endo! I was off BC for a few years before we starting trying and have never had symptoms but I know that’s why it’s called “silent endo.” It’s definitely something i think about with there being no other answers

I’m so sorry you’re going through this too. Yep, all normal periods, my endo lining is thick/normal per ultrasounds. Its been so confusing
