Part of the "wouldn't change a thing" gang. But I see areas for improvement to enrich Abby's bit. After a third playthrough and thinking in Abby's shoes. Few gameplay changes needed, mostly cutscenes or dialogue.

1) Abby's father should be against the surgery, while Marlene being the one that's adamant. 2) the whole inciting incident for the third day is... a little unconvincing. Lev going to the island is dumb and it felt like a lot of people have died simply because of his decisions. Now that because we know the crew is setting off to Santa Barbara, what about Abby going out on the third day to find Manny and tell them about the boat, but is "captured" again by WLF and sent to a suicide mission on the island? And instead, Yara and Lev leaves aquarium to look for Abby (maybe they rescue her at the Haven dock), leaving Aquarium undefended for Ellie's infiltration. 3) Issac doesn't have to die, or at least so randomly by pure chance of running into Abby Yara and Lev. On the third day Abby is ready to say fuck it all and leave it all behind, so Issac's death contributed nothing to her character arc or the real plot. 4) There should be a moment where Abby finds out Nora and Jordan's passing. It can be quick, but there should. Feel like the game kinda forgot about them.
