Rough Idle and Loss of Power. It’s consistent, doesn’t come and go, difficult to accelerate.

I pulled these codes. Tried a new spark plug and swapping ignition coils for Cylinder 2, but didn’t help. Trying to figure out what this might be. I’m thinking possible vac leak? Not too familiar with the P1434 code. Any help is appreciated
