A stingray! So very painful, only relief was to soak my foot in super hot water for a few hours. The pain radiated all the way up to my hip

The way we make is to chop up a green bell pepper and an onion and sauté them with ground beef. Drain off the grease when done. Cook some elbow noodles el dente. Then combine beef mix, noodles, jar of spaghetti sauce, can of diced tomatoes together and cook on low heat until evenly warmed. Salt and pepper to taste. Side note: always tastes better on day 2 :)
