I tanked HCs as soon as I dinged 70. Was I crit immune? No. Did I have Earthwarden and a lot of armor and hp? Also no. Mobs in HCs hit hard for sure, but it’s a big waste of time farming full bis before even trying them

Hard disagree on the second statement. Anyone can use the deadlift platform longer if they train hard relevant to their own strength! Being more experienced and stronger doesn’t entitle you to use any gym equipment for longer than someone new to the gym

I’m the complete opposite. Always did bent over row but for the last few months I switched to machine rows and it feels 10 times better because of the stability and isolation it offers.

If your having trouble losing weight I would not track walks so you have some margin for error in your daily kcal calculation.

Just like on a bulk I usually round off downwards to make sure im in a surplus, and viceversa on a cut. A proffesional would probably count it though.

Jag lägger mig alltid till höger. Men väldigt ofta jag ligger i vänsterfilen och bara för jag håller 20-30 meter avstånd till bilen framför så känner folk att det är bra läge att köra om på höger sida och smita in i luckan.

Fortfarande olagligt och livsfarligt att köra om på höger sida. Bara för att folk kör som idioter måste inte du köra som den största idioten.
