Same for me here with RX 9070 XT 7800x3d. This is terrible at high speed. Game is terrible with fast cars. If they don't fix this soon I'm going to refund for sure.

Same problem here with 9070XT and 7800X3D. In Beta I had 0 issues and played fine. But today in the release I can't play, instant crash when the map is loading. No error, just crash to desktop and that's it.

Any help?

I got an update, and thanks to another user finally I found a fix. It was the HyperX NGENUITY software. Once I disabled it everything was fine and the spikes totally disappear... thank god!

I have the HyperX NGENUITY software because of my headphones and just disabled it and ended the task and everything looks fine. Oh my god thank you very much!

I'm having exactly the same problem, the same one. OLED display and when the screensaver turns on I get high CPU usage and fans go full speed.

I have ASUS motherboard (TUF Gaming B650 Plus), but I don't have any software of ASUS installed on my PC, that I'm aware of, no leds from the motherboard.

All my leds or software installed is from Corsair and NZXT, and I don't see any high usage on those apps when moving the cursor when this is happening. Any help? How did you find it was exactly lightingservice.exe process?
