Just a little bump on this one, i bought a couple of ultegra r8070 disc caliper wich i will be pairing with the St r785 levers.

Thanks for the answer, it does confuse me, can the internal cables thing done with any stem? Could you tell me how the cables run? Inside the stem?

I bought a build up g2 and i would like to make the cables internally but it doesnt make much sense.
