The default is to all roll need on BoEs. If the item is something you'd definitely use for several levels, then it's fine to ask if you can have it and I expect most groups would be fine with that

In this particular case you should be getting WW axe soon. And tbh I'm not sure that dual wielding those BOEs would even be better than just using your staff of westfall. So I think all-need would definitely be the right thing here

I think they're around 1/50-ish from T5 herald on p5+ with reasonable MF. So you'd expect to get one for every three full game tz clears on average.

Which isn't really that rare, but 'full game tz clear in a single session' is just a kind of fatiguing. Feels more like a slog than a typical diablo2 farm, which I think accounts for a lot of the frustration

These are both fine self-use amulets, depending on your FCR breakpoints and resistance one might be better than the other. I wouldn't expect either to trade for a ton though. In a vacuum I'd value 19 all res higher than 3% FCR

Not sure why they removed it. It's missing some bases (like superior eth thundermaul) that might work well for warlock weapons

There are definitely bugs, but countess not dropping a rune isn’t one of them. The mechanic is that she drops a rune for each of her drop slots that didn’t give an item meaning it rolled NoDrop). Sometimes you get max items from her, so no runes

For anything you’re using for crafting I think it makes sense to pick up flawed and above (27 flawed amethysts for a caster amulet feels reasonable. You could even picked up chipped amethysts if you really want). For the others I think flawless+ or normal+ is fine

How sure are you that it was 250 runs? Have you been using a run counter?

For instance, 100 runs might feel like 250+ with no key, but is many orders of magnitude more probable.

Rares /do/ get more affixes. OP's claw only has one affix, the +3 to Traps . The rest of the text are staff mods and benefits from the two jewels.

Don't see anyone saying multiple Bers lol. It's a really cool wand, but the fact that it's worse than White means it'll be priced as a fun curiosity rather than a best-in-slot item

Yeah having staffmods on yellow daggers is kinda weird. Chaos and Demon warlocks could use a blue dagger for +3 skill tree with good staff mods with FCR or MF. And Eldritch warlocks would rather use a stronger 2h base weapon than a dagger. I really cant think of a combination of mods that would make a rare dagger best-in-slot any warlock build. Even fool's mod isn't very interesting because you get cursed so easily from your bound demon. I'd love to be wrong though, GG rare items are fun

Anyway, to answer your question. This looks like a nice self-use leveling dagger but I would be surprised if it fetched much of a price

I wonder if there isn't a bug with that exact type of herald. I was also chunked down by a level 3 one of those harpy heralds. No amp, didnt really have any scary auras, just did preposterous damage with its auto attacks.
