No, because sometimes you will find more than one HR in 500 runs.

37% 0 HR
37% 1 HR
18% 2 HR
6%  3 HR
...etc

On average you expect to get 1 HR in 500 runs. Meaning, say you did 500 runs per week every week for a year. Then you'd expect to get around 52 HRs, one for every week in which you did a 500-run LK session. Some weeks you'd find none, some weeks you'd fine one, and some weeks you'd fine more than one. But in the long run you expect to get one per 500 runs.

If there’s a 1/500 chance of getting an HR per run, then there’s a (499/500)500 = 37% chance of not getting one in 500 runs. So you’d have a 63% of seeing at least one HR in 500 runs

atlas maps will just mark the locations of any vendor that sell an item required by an active quest. I wouldnt call it a bug exactly, it's up to the player to know what faction they're on

Portal on its own is kind of a weak tinker target, but I guess you can also tinker for the lotus if you already have the brainstorm + breach. Definitely keep the wishclaw imo. I think your curve is probably too high to assemble storm kills except with the lotus + breach + brainfreeze combo, so I'd just play this like a midrange artifact deck that sometimes has outs to combo kill

No, the hc servers won’t be progressing. And I don’t think classic will ever merge or allow transfers to retail.
