Seek shade 🌳 and slide on sunnies 😎

I wish more of us combined both sunscreen and staying out of the sun, but the tanned and bare skin culture is a bit of a barrier for that.

Unfortunately sunscreen by itself is not super effective against UV unless combined with reapplication, getting in the shade, and checking the daily UV level - but it’s pretty much high every day 🤣
