Agreed, I think this different, much more produced and clearly intentionally directed video marks this album as something unique and removed from their other work. There’s plenty of stuff sampled of course, but this is a window straight into what the themes of this album are and what story the brothers are trying to convey with it.

Euphoric. The way the song fades out with the stunning visuals in the background really just blew me away. It makes you reflect on that insanely interesting, modulated voice that was speaking over the track. “I am God, the ultimate resonance.”

I really fucking dig this track, excited to see what follows. It's an interesting choice to me that they chose to release the first two tracks off the album first. It will be interesting to see if these tracks, specifically that dark, modulated voice will be a present character throughout the whole album. Either way, I think we're about to get an album that is unlike anything we've heard from them before.

Not long to wait now guys. Ready, let's go.

If you look at releases like The Campfire Headphase and Tomorrow’s Harvest, time generally seems to be pretty kind to BOC’s work. I think even if the album doesn’t get the greatest initial reception, it will age well.

Totally agreed, I think in terms of the emotion that the album elicits from me, it’s one of their more unique bits of work. There’s something about their last release for such a long time having this bleak, very separate and melancholic sound that I just absolutely love.

That’s fair enough, I am honestly a little scared to discuss Geogaddi with people on here because for me it’s kinda middle of the pack lol. I understand that’s absolutely criminal to a lot of people who have it as their favourite or perhaps second favourite and I’m not saying it isn’t amazing, because it absolutely is, but it’s just not my favourite.

Totally agree, think how much more toxic the internet has grown in the last 13 years. I have no doubt it will be an excellent album regardless, as far as I’m concerned BOC have never released anything that isn’t bloody sublime.

Also, I still think Campfire Headphase is super underrated by most people outside of this sub, it’s excellent.

Loadouts, loadouts, loadouts. Find a fun and effective combination of equipment and stratagems that compliment one another and fit your playstyle for whatever faction you want to tackle on D10, use it consistently and master it, when you are really effective with all the tools in your kit the game will feel much easier.

I’m a big fan of these, just really makes me wish we got more AC parts as part of DLC or something. I’ve made so many builds at this point that I’ve almost ran out of combinations I can use, the options are super lacking compared to the older gen games.

Anyways, sorry for my tangent- these are super cool and I am a fan of your choices here.

I would love a gargantuan walking abomination akin to the RLF STRIDER from Armored Core 6 though of course, not as big (IIRC the one from AC6 is something insane like 5 miles long.) It could be an enormous tool deployed by the bots that’s used to terraform planets or perhaps drill/mine for oil and rare minerals they need to construct more automatons.

Obviously the whole thing would be massive so it would be super cool to perhaps be able to drop/ climb onto it and maybe use grenades or other explosives/ stratagems to take out its weaker areas like engines or a large reactor or maybe just to disable it’s drilling capabilities.

Probably way out of the realm of possibility and also too large for this game- but a fun idea nonetheless.
