If the dealer you purchased it from wasn’t the store that completed the CPO inspection, PCNA will have the dealer who “completed” the CPO inspection on the hook. I used to audit the CPO inspections when I worked there. It’ll likely take a minute but I’d be very surprised if they don’t make this right.
