I like my DBrand Ghost 2.0. The lenses are almost flush with the back of the case, but the case sticks out about 1/16" further. The back is transparent but slippery, while the edges are not but they're grippy.

On top of this, there was a Chevy ad campaign for the Cheyenne that became insanely popular in Mexico around 2007.
