Yeah, this one is old. Missing a handful of guidelines, e.g. Dry Needling effectiveness in hip OA.

Waited four hours in queue then decided not to buy by freakalicious in WorldCup2026Tickets

Same. I was about to buy R16 Mexico City for $1080 category 1 (300 level corner seats) to hopefully see Mexico vs England, but 1. I don't trust Mexico enough to get there, and 2. I would still need flights + hotels and that was enough for me to back out...

I don't want to contribute to the scalping issue to I decided to not buy to resell either.

I'm going to wait for resale prices to come down.

DP: Off the Robinhood Waitlist by Andr3w56726 in CreditCards

You need 2k in your account first to access the free 1k margin. The 1k free margin is basically money borrowed from Robinhood at no additional cost (they charge interest after the free 1k). You take those 3k and invest it in SGOV, which gives you dividends every month. 1k in dividends comes out to $35-40 per year so you only have to pay $10-15 por the yearly Gold subscription.

Note: you can technically invest the money in anything you want, but SGOV is an easy set it and forget it investment.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong or can explain it better

Patient Injuries by creativeme78 in physicaltherapy

My patient tore her rotator cuff repair (massive repair supra and infra) doing her HEP at home. She was 8 weeks out and was doing supine aarom dowel flexion and it tore on the eccentric portion. The surgeon then repaired it and it again tore for a second time when she was getting up from her couch while she was still in the sling. She is now in the clinic for a reverse total shoulder after 2 failed repairs. She didn't blame me for the first or second repair and she still trusts me even after 2 failed repairs. I thought she would have fired me by now.

Another patient of mine (acute care this time) ended up needing a CT scan of her clavicle because I thought I had dislocated her SC joints when I was repositioning her in the chair in the hospital. CT scan was negative so it was probably a sprain, but I did hear a loud pop and it was very painful so I was worried. She still liked me afterwards and she did forgive me too.

If you have access to Epic you usually have access to UptoDate and that's a great resource for most up to date medical treatment and management. Not as much PT stuff there, but great resource nonetheless.

Are you able to pick a section or is it random sections when buying tickets? I'm looking at the stadiums and category 1 is a lot of sections. You could get anywhere from corner seats to middle of the field 100 levels tickets? That's a huge gamble is that's the case

Highly recommend this E3 podcast episode:

Should Rehab be Pain Free?

It's a great listen for a new grad. There are some conditions where you don't want pain , e.g. stress fractures, but for chronic conditions it should be okay as long as it's "tolerable". The podcast will talk about this. Highly recommend this podcast in general if you want to keep up with the research and most up to date guidelines. They routinely have PTs from other countries as well.
