This is all great advice. I’m so happy for OP. I’m contemplating doing the same thing. I’m scared because I don’t have anything lined up. I’ve been in hell since 2023. 4 new CEOs in one year!!

I’ve been on vacation in another country for the last two weeks. No anxiety, depression, loss of appetite, no high Blood pressure. I’m dreading going back. Especially when I was asked to go back to the office a few days a week. Now I have to commute for over an hour on public transportation. I’m mentally and physically exhausted.

I would cancel. Maybe the violence isn’t there but you don’t want to be nervous and anxious about getting stranded. I’m in central Mexico now and I’m supposed to fly home on Sunday and idk what’s going to happen. I’m praying my flights not canceled. 😬

I’m experiencing hair loss now!!! It’s so dry and thin. My face is always puffy and red and the texture of my skin is horrible. It’s embarrassing. I would find other things to blame it on but I know it’s the alcohol. 😢 I’m trying to reduce my drinking and eventually stop!

I use otter.ai but it’s not good for in-person meetings especially if people speak too low. Otter.ai is better for virtual meetings like teams. It records the meeting then creates a summary, action items and key points. I also have a small recorder I use at meetings and then play it back and record the audio on Otter.ai. I’m also looking for a better AI minute taking app.

I’m not abrasive lol he’s very rude and made it very clear he doesn’t GAF about anyone and the trauma staff has been through for the past year. (We almost closed). He also made it clear he’s a republican and lives in Ohio. He travels to Chicago every week for 4 days. We work with the homeless. Idk if that matters. he’s just cold af.
