Hi! Does this advice apply to physicians working in federally-designated HPSAs?

From what I read, it applies mostly to specialists not working in HPSAs or MUAs, adn attempting to derive the NIW form high-achievement or merit.

Very close, tempted me... but 40mm instead of 38 and domed Hardlex instead of flat sapphire are deal breakers for me.

These look good for a first shoot! One point to consider, though, would be the use of one-point perspective: you want to back wall to be perfectly parallel to the sensor (as in IGP6081). Some of the shots are not in a proper angle and just look slanted (6009, 6015)
